I'm Anna, the printmaker behind Happily Ever Lino.

 

I'm a self-taught printmaker who discovered linocut printmaking in 2021. I create small, hand-printed editions from my home studio in Gloucestershire.

 

My work draws inspiration from the landscapes and natural world around the Cotswolds and the wider UK.

My pieces focus on themes of space, place and quiet presence and I am especially drawn to scenes that invite the viewer to pause and reflect.

I have developed my style over the years, but now predominantly work in multi-layered colour ‘reduction’ method prints. These limited-edition pieces are created by printing multiple layers of colour from a single piece of lino until it is destroyed.
